2 envelopes dry yeast

Preparation

Begin cycle over with days
1 through 4.
Stir once daily. If not used on tenth day, add 1 teaspoon sugar and repeat every tenth day until used.
Remaining batter can be used or give 1 cup to a friend with instructions about feeding and care of Herman.
