Ingredients

1 c. Crisco
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. each: cinnamon, allspice and cloves
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. bourbon
1 lb. candied cherries
1 lb. candied pineapple
2 qt. pecans
1/2 c. flour (for dusting)
Preparation

Cut all fruit into small pieces and chop nuts. Dust fruit and nuts with 1/2 cup flour. Cream Crisco and sugar. Add eggs, then bourbon, flour and spices. Mix well. Pour over fruit and nuts; mix. Drop
on greased cookie sheet with teaspoon. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
