Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Put flour, cheese, salt and pepper in a plastic bag.
    Pare and cut potatoes into halves.
    Moisten and place in bag.
    Shake bag until potatoes are covered.
    In baking dish, melt 1 stick oleo. Place potatoes in melted oleo and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, turning once on the half hour.
