Kaffee Kuchen (Coffee Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 pt. lukewarm water
    3 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Set aside the dough until it doubles in bulk.
    After kneading, turn dough onto a floured board, roll out and put on a large baking sheet.
    Cover with Strausseln Topping and let rise again. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
