Vicki'S Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 large jar Cheez Whiz
    1 c. Minute rice
    1/2 stick butter
    1 c. water
    2 cans cream of celery soup
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook broccoli until almost tender.
    Saute onion slightly. Combine all ingredients (except crackers) in a large baking dish; mix well.
    Crush crackers and place on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
