Cowboy Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground hamburg or turkey
1 can corn Niblets or peas
1 jar fat-free gravy
4 or 5 potatoes, boiled and mashed
1/4 c. Romano cheese
Preparation

Saute hamburg in skillet until brown.
Pour off fat.
In casserole dish, add browned hamburg.
Sprinkle some salt, pepper and garlic powder over hamburg.
Pour the jar of gravy over hamburg.
Spread can of veggies over that.
Now spread the mashed potatoes.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Real easy to make and very good.
