Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
3 eggs
1/3 c. corn syrup (light)
1/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 unbaked pie shell

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Cream butter and sugar. Add potatoes and eggs.
Mix well.
