Sour Cream Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 pkg. (8 oz.) Inn Maid noodles, cooked and drained
5 lb. hamburger, fried
onions
salt
pepper
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 cream of chicken
3 cream of mushroom
16 oz. sour cream
3 c. milk
6 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
-
Mix onions, salt and pepper with hamburger.
Heat last 5 ingredients.
When hot, add Velveeta cheese until melted.
Mix all together.
If too thick, add more milk.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbling hot.
Last, place more cheese slices on top to melt.
One batch makes 1 roaster full!
