Spaghetti Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. garlic
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt and pepper
    1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 small onion
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
    3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
Preparation
    Butter in cold skillet; add garlic, sugar, salt and pepper. Add meat and brown; drain.
    Add tomato sauce.
    Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes.
    Cook spaghetti.
    Combine sour cream, cream cheese and onion.
    Place spaghetti in greased 13 x 9-inch casserole dish. Top with cream cheese mixture and then meat mixture.
    Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over top.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
