Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can crescent rolls
    1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
    6 large eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1 pkg. frozen hash browns
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Thaw potatoes and pat dry.
    Spread rolls on the bottom and up the sides of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Layer sausage, half of eggs, onion, pepper and then other half of eggs. Put cheese on top.
    Bake for 50 or 60 minutes.
