Pecan Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
pinch of salt
1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour, salt and pecans and mix well.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Mix well.
Fill greased muffin pans half full and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
