Sweet Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch dice
    salt
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 c. olive oil
    ground pepper
    1/4 chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    In a large pot, cover sweet potatoes with water. Add salt and bring to a boil over moderately high heat. Cook until just tender, about 10 minutes; drain well. Refresh with cold water and drain again.
