Blueberry Pie Marnier - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) baked pie crust
    4 c. blueberries
    1/4 c. water
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    whipped cream or vanilla ice cream
    1 tsp. butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. Grand Marnier
Preparation
    Spread 2 cups blueberries in pie crust.
    Refrigerate until well chilled.
    Simmer remaining 2 cups berries, sugar, water, cornstarch and salt in heavy saucepan until thickened, stirring constantly, about 7 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Mix in Grand Marnier and butter.
    Cool completely.
    Pour blueberry sauce over berries in pie crust.
    Refrigerate until well chilled.
    Serve with whipped cream.
