Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 c. water
    2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    3 Tbsp. Tender Quick
    1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix together well.
    Roll out in 3 small rolls and put on shiny side of aluminum foil.
    Let stand 24 hours in refrigerator. Punch holes in bottom of foil and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours in broiler pan.
