Stuffed Hot Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 peck hot peppers
    1 qt. sugar
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    2 bags sauerkraut
    1 qt. vinegar
Preparation
    Clean hot peppers and take out seeds.
    Stuff with sauerkraut. Cook sugar, vinegar and mustard seed until it comes to a boil. Pour over hot peppers that are packed in jars.
    Cold pack for 20 minutes.
