Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pork roast
    2 c. apple pieces
    4 Tbsp. (large) brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. caraway seed
    2 large onions, chopped
    1/4 c. oleo
    garlic salt
    pepper
    2 large cans sauerkraut
Preparation
    I cook my pork before and cut it up in small pieces, then add to the sauerkraut mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 several hours.
