Mama'S Chocolate Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
6 eggs or egg substitute
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
3 qt. milk

Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients.
Add beaten eggs.
Warm milk on stove, then add egg mixture.
Cook slowly in double boiler until milk coats spoon.
Cool.
Add 2 teaspoons vanilla.
Makes 1 gallon ice cream.
