Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

14 oz. can artichoke hearts (not marinated)
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
snack crackers
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except crackers, in a 1-quart (Tupperware) casserole.
Cook on High 4 to 8 minutes in the microwave.
Serve hot on snack crackers.
