Cranberry Pie-Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fresh cranberries
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2 eggs
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. sour cream
1 c. unsifted flour
Preparation

Grease a 10-inch pie plate.
Sprinkle cranberries, 1/2 cup of the sugar and the walnuts over the pie plate in that order.
Beat eggs thoroughly.
Add remaining 1 cup sugar, butter, sour cream and flour; beat only until dry ingredients are moistened.
Pour over cranberry mixture in plate.
Do not stir.
Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven until brown on top, about 1 hour.
Makes about 8 servings. Quite good served warm.
