Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 eggs
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. thinly sliced apples
Preparation
    Cream eggs and sugar.
    Add oil; beat until creamy.
    Add flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon.
    Fold in apples and nuts.
    Pour into 8 x 15 x 2-inch casserole pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes. Cool and frost.
