Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. yellow squash
1 c. cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
2 small onions, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 small carrot, grated
1 1/2 sticks margarine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing mix
Preparation

Cook squash; drain well and mash. Combine all ingredients except 1/2 stick of margarine and 1/2 package of stuffing mix. Place all ingredients mixture in 2 1/2-quart casserole dish. Melt the 1/2 stick margarine and toss with stuffing mix. Spread over top of casserole. Bake, uncovered, for 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
