Watergate Cake With Impeachment Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. white cake mix
1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding and pie mix
3 eggs
1 c. oil
1 c. club soda
1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)

Preparation

Blend all ingredients in a large bowl, then beat at medium mixer speed for 2 minutes.
Bake in greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan for 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
Cool on rack.
