Rancher'S Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1 c. crushed pineapple (with juice)
3 eggs, lightly beaten
3 Tbsp. flour (any kind)
1 c. flaked coconut, pressed down lightly
3/4 stick butter or margarine, softened
1 unbaked pie shell (deep-dish)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into shell and bake until firm and slightly brown.\tThe center won't be as firm as the other edges, but will set when cooled. (Do not overbake.)
