Ginger Dressing For Fruit - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
1 c. pineapple or orange juice
Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients in a small saucepan; gradually add juice, stirring until smooth.
Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat and boil one minute, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and cool.
Pour over assorted fruits; toss gently, chill.
