Christine'S Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium size potatoes
    1/2 lb. bacon
    2 large onions, sliced
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. tarragon vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    cornstarch or flour
Preparation
    Cook potatoes, then peel and slice.
    Cook bacon until crispy; drain fat.
    Slice onions in same pan as you fried bacon and add water, vinegar and sugar.
    Cover and simmer until onions are soft. Crunch up bacon into pan with onions.
    Thicken with flour or cornstarch and then add potatoes.
    Make all gone.
    Eat and enjoy.
