Sweet-And-Sour Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked oatmeal
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tsp. melted shortening
2/3 c. catsup
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
1/3 c. water
Preparation

Combine beef, oats, milk, onion, pepper and salt.
Mix well. Shape into about 30 small balls.
Brown in hot shortening; drain. Combine catsup, Worcestershire, vinegar, sugar and water; mix well.
Pour sauce over meatballs.
Simmer 30 minutes over low. Heat until ready to serve.
