Cranberry-Orange Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bag whole cranberries
1 whole seedless orange with peel, quartered
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. walnut pieces
Preparation

Rinse cranberries well; remove any stems.
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
Chop until finely grated.
Add more sugar if desired.
Chill at least three hours so flavors blend.
Serves 6 to 8.
