Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe

1 unbaked pie shell
3 eggs, well beaten
2 c. scalded milk
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Mix eggs with milk; add sugar and pour into crust.
Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
