Jellied Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin
    1 c. hot water
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 lb. can cranberry sauce
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
    Add cold water.
    Chill slightly; blend oranges, cranberry and nuts until slightly thickened.
    Turn into 1-quart mold.
    Chill until set.
    Serve with sour cream or softened cream cheese, blended with small amount of Cool Whip or whipped cream.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
