Rouladen (Beef Roll-Up) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 very thin steaks
    4 slices bacon, cut into strips
    1 to 2 kosher pickles, cut into strips
    chopped onion
    mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Lay steak on board.
    Spread thin layer of mustard and salt and pepper on each steak.
    Fill with bacon strips, pickle strips and onion.
    Roll up and use toothpicks to hold together.
    Brown in a deep skillet on all sides.
    Slowly add enough water to fill skillet 1/2 full.
    Simmer for 90 minutes.
