Egg And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

18 slices of bread
2 10 oz. pkg. sharp cheese
2 Tbsp. parsley
3 Tbsp. dried onion
8 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 qts. milk
2 Tbsp. worcestershire
2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Fit 1/3 bread lightly into greased casserole.
Sprinkle 1/3 parsley, onion and grated cheese on top.
Make 2 more layers the same.
Beat eggs lightly and mix with milk, salt, pepper and mustard, worcestershire sauce.
Pour over bread in casserole.
Let stand 12 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
Remove from refrigerator 2 hours before baking time and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serves 10-12 people.
