Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 c. fresh chopped tomatoes
1 c. chopped bell pepper
1 c. jalapeno pepper or to taste
3/4 Tbsp. garlic powder
3/4 Tbsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. chili pepper
3/4 Tbsp. coriander or cilantro leaves
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. parsley
4 Tbsp. cornstarch, mix with water before cooking
Preparation

Mix together.
Cook 20 minutes. Makes 9 1/2 pints.
