Peanut Butter Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. cake flour
    12 egg whites
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Separate eggs.
    Beat the whites until frothy.
    Add salt and cream of tartar; continue beating until eggs are stiff.
    Add the cornstarch to sugar and fold into egg whites, then fold the flour into the eggs, small amount at a time.
    Bake 35 minutes at 375\u00b0.
