Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes, peeled and diced
    2 c. sour cream
    2 cans cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    4 oz. Velveeta, diced
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 qt. milk
Preparation
    In a 4 1/2-quart pot, boil potatoes.
    Drain water and add remaining ingredients.
    Cook on low heat until cheese melts. Garnish with chopped green onions.
