Brunch Scrambled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
1 c. sliced mushrooms (optional)
1 small green pepper, chopped (optional)
1 small onion, chopped (optional)
2 Tbsp. butter
1 doz. eggs
1 c. diced ham
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Place dough in ungreased casserole. Saute choice of vegetables in butter.
Set aside.
Lightly beat eggs.
Cook and scramble in additional butter.
Place eggs in unbaked crust.
Layer with vegetables and ham.
Top with cheese. Bake 15 to 17 minutes until brown and cheese bubbles.
