Bubble And Squeak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. potatoes
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. milk
    1 lb. cabbage
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    2 1/2 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Peel potatoes.
    Cook, drain and mash with milk and butter. Plunge cabbage into boiling water for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Drain and chop fine.
    Combine with potatoes and onion.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
