Gaelic Coffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    brown sugar
    strong black coffee
    Irish whiskey
    whipped cream
Preparation
    Warm glasses.
    Put 1 1/2 tsp. brown sugar in each glass and half fill with hot strong coffee, which dissolves the sugar. Quickly pour a good measure of whiskey into each glass and layer a little cream.
