Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans mixed vegetables (Veg-All)
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Crush 1 1/2 cups Ritz crackers and
mix with 1 stick of melted margarine.\tUse half of
crackers
in
bottom of casserole.
Saute onions and celery in
about
1
tablespoon of the melted margarine.\tMix ingredients well
and
pour into casserole.
Top with remaining cracker
crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes or until bubbly hot.
