Apricot Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. unsifted flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. diced, dried apricots
    1 c. chopped fresh or frozen cranberries
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
Preparation
    Stir flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together in a large bowl.
    Add apricots and cranberries.
    Toss lightly until fruits are coated.
    Beat eggs, milk, melted butter and lemon peel together in a small bowl.
    Pour over dry ingredients.
    Stir until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Bake 60 to 65 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool 10 minutes in pan, then tip it out and finish cooling on cooling rack or bread board.
