Squash Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated squash
    1 c. finely chopped onion
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    oil (for deep frying)
Preparation
    Combine squash, onion, egg, salt, pepper and flour in bowl; mix well.
    Drop by teaspoonfuls into hot oil.
    Deep fry until brown; drain.
    Serve hot.

    32 servings.
