Fried Soft Crabs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. soft shell crabs
    seafood breader mix (1 c. per doz. crabs)
Preparation
    Clean and wash crabs; drain well.
    Place breader mix and 3 crabs at a time in shaker bag.
    Coat well and place in hot, deep fat.
    Cook until golden brown.
    Drain on paper towels.
