Apple Dapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. chopped apples
    1 1/2 c. chopped raisins
Preparation
    Mix eggs, oil and sugar.
    Blend well.
    Add flour, salt, sugar and baking soda which have been mixed well.
    Add vanilla, chopped apples and raisins.
    Pour into greased 8 or 9-inch tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    While cake is still hot, pur hot topping over in the pan.
    Let cake cool.
    When completely cool, remove cake from pan.
