Blender Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. white corn syrup
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. pecans
unbaked 9 inch pie shell
pecan halves
Preparation

Put eggs, sugar, salt, corn syrup, butter and vanilla extract in blender and blend well.
Add 1 c. pecans and blend just enough to chop nuts coarsely.
Pour into pie shells and place pecan halves on top.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake an additional 30 minutes.
