Italian Baked Mushrooms(A Family Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms
    8 canned anchovies, washed and chopped
    4 Tbsp. Italian parsley
    2 to 3 garlic cloves, chopped
    4 Tbsp. breadcrumbs
    4 Tbsp. good olive oil
    juice of 1 lemon
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 thin slices lemon
Preparation
    Wipe mushrooms with wet paper towels. (Do not wash.) Slice thin.
    Combine with next 7 ingredients.
    Place in casserole and top with lemon slices.
    Cover.
