Chocolate Chip Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine the flour, soda and salt.
    In large bowl, cream the margarine or butter and sugars.
    Add vanilla and eggs; beat well. Gradually stir in flour mixture.
    Stir in chips and nuts.
    Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Cool thoroughly before cutting in small squares.
