Peppers Stuffed With Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 green bell peppers
    2 c. cooked corn
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Cut stems off peppers and remove seeds, then parboil for 2 minutes.
    Combine and fill peppers.
    Place in baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
