1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. dry milk
1 1/4 c. water
2 c. biscuit baking mix
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 egg
1 Tbsp. minced instant onion
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. oregano
Preparation

Mix tomato sauce, cheese, 1 teaspoon oregano and 1/4 cup of water in 1-quart saucepan.
Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbly.
