Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pieces chicken
    1 c. rice
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Melt margarine in saucepan.
    Add onion, seasonings and rice, stirring constantly until rice is slightly browned.
    Pour rice into large casserole which has been sprayed with Pam.
    Cook chicken in saucepan until almost done, then place it on top of rice.
    Add broth plus enough water to equal 2 cups.
    Cover and bake 20 to 30 minutes or until broth is absorbed.
