Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or turkey
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped celery
    1 clove garlic
    1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms or 6 to 8 fresh, sliced
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 c. mashed potatoes (approximately 6 servings)
    1 can creamed corn
    cooked vegetables (green beans, peas, mixed vegetables, etc., optional)
    1/2 tsp. parsley
    1/4 tsp. chives
Preparation
    Brown ground meat, onion, celery, garlic, mushrooms and salt together.
    Drain grease off.
    Place creamed corn and any other vegetables desired in the bottom of a casserole dish.
    Add the ground meat mixture as the next layer.
    Spoon the mashed potatoes on as the last layer.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper, parsley flakes, chives and dot with butter.
    Bake until brown, approximately 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
