Microwave Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. powdered sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. walnuts or pecans
Preparation

Place all ingredients in a casserole dish; do not blend together until after cooking in microwave for 2 minutes.
After 2 minutes in the microwave, mix well.
Add nuts, place on waxed paper and place in the freezer for 1 hour.
